Yes, we're alive.  No, we weren't avoiding you.  It's just been so stinking beautiful outside - there were gardens to plant, friends to play with, bikes to ride...  And three complete seasons of a British sci-fi show to watch that all four of us (despite our best efforts) became addicted to.    But we're here and things are going well.

Chris and I are still busy with work.  However, Chris is now working from home 3 days out of the week which is an answer to prayer for the kids who were only seeing him for 5 minutes in the mornings before school.  Now he's able to pick up Will from school, attend his Math Nights, and help with homework.  Will is loving it.

I'm trying to figure out what to do with myself when I officially become an "unemployed" person at the end of May.  Panic and worry have set in.  On the other hand, it's going to be a blast.  Especially with Gigi as my house-mate during the day.

Gigi has taken to wearing a tiara and carrying a wand around the house.  Yesterday a Victoria's Secret Catalog arrived at the house with information on a shoe sale.  I tossed it since (believe it or not) I'm not really in to shoes.  Gigi fished it out of the trash pile and opened it.  She exclaimed "Ohhhh!  Wow!  Shoes!" I can't tell you how distressed her father looked.
